Meeting Over Crime Concerns

Police are holding a public meeting in Houghton On The Hill tonight amid increasing concerns about crime and anti-social behaviour.
Last month two women were attacked by’car-jackers’ in the village, twice within 24 hours.
Their vehicles were later recovered by officers and two boys aged 16 and 17 arrested – they remain on bail while enquiries continue.
The meeting, to be hosted by Harborough Police’s neighbourhood team, is on at the Methodist Church from 7pm.
