Masked Men Target Pub

Three masked men have tried to break into the living accommodation above a Market Harborough pub.
The burglars, who had scarves covering their faces, got onto roof of The Royalist on Western Avenue at 7.20pm on Friday and spent 40 minutes trying to force open bedroom windows with a crow bar.
The ten-year-old son of the pub’s owners and his Grandma were inside at the time.
CCTV footage shows the men event posing for a selfie on the roof before they fled when a customer raised the alarm.
Police are appealing to anyone who saw the men on the roof or fleeing the scene.
