Harborough’s Foodbank Provides Over 50,000 Meals To People In Need

Over 50,000 meals were provided by Market Harborough’s Jubilee Foodbank in 2020.
The voluntary service experienced its busiest ever year, as more people suffered food poverty because of pandemic, with referrals up 30%.
The food bank supported nearly 400 households and is thanking all who continue to donate food at drop off points in supermarkets and donate money to help its work.
The service, run by a dedicated team of around 40 volunteers, is now preparing to become a standalone charity.
