Market Harborough Burglar & Thief Jailed

A man who burgled Market Harborough Conservative Club and stole from a supermarket has been jailed for over two years.
Neil Mann took cash and alcohol when he broke into the club in Fairfield Road on January 22nd and was arrested after police identified him through CCTV footage.

Less than a week later and while on bail, the 52-year-old stole meat worth £100 from Co-Op on Coventry Road and on February 16th was arrested in Derbyshire following a burglary at a house in the village of Whitwell.
Mann, formally of Welland Park Road, Market Harborough, pleaded guilty to all the offences at Derby Crown Court today and was jailed for two years and eight months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £228.
