Man Charged After Police Called To A4304

A man has been charged after police were called to the A4304 near North Kilworth yesterday morning.
Officers responded to reports of an injured person beside the carriageway just after 7.30am.
A 57-year-old man from Welford is accused of being in charge of a motor vehicle with an alcohol level above the legal limit.
He is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court later this month.
