Man Bailed After Schoolgirl ‘Approached’ In Great Glen

A man arrested in connection with an incident in Great Glen during which a schoolgirl was approached has been released on bail.
The 62-year-old was questioned by police over an incident in Ashby Rise last Wednesday morning and has been released pending further enquiries.
The girl was not injured, but was left shaken after officers said she was ‘tapped on the shoulder.’
Patrols have been stepped up in the village and police have also been liaising with the girl’s school, as enquiries continue.
