Major Disruption To Train Services From Market Harborough

Written by on 16th May 2022

A fault with the signalling system near Market Harborough is causing major disruption to train services.

Both north and southbound services are affected, with some cancelled and others delayed.

Network Rail engineers are working to fix the issue, although it is not known how long it will take.

East Midlands Railway say trains that are running will be subject to delays of up to 60 minutes, while others are being diverted between Loughborough and Kettering, meaning they are not stopping at Leicester or Market Harborough.

Passengers are urged to check their journey before travelling – HERE
