The success recognises the work of volunteers and the wider community in helping to create and maintain the village’s floral displays and improve the local environment.
The ‘beautiful and historical’ village was visited by judges Mary Bagley and Judith Warner, who commented on the rich horticultural displays and community-run spaces.
The in-bloom team says the achievement would not be possible without everyone’s contribution, thanking all the volunteers, residents, businesses and organisations who support Lubenham In Bloom.
Margaret Richards won the judge’s award for “her outstanding leadership of Lubenham in Bloom”.
The latest award adds to a successful year for In Bloom teams across the Harborough district, with Market Harborough also winning the Large Town category for a fifth successive year.
