Local Election Candidates Revealed

We now know who will be standing for election to Harborough Council next month.
Nomination papers show 84 candidates – mixture of Conservative, Liberal Democrat, Labour, Green and Independents – will be battling it out for the 33 councillor positions up for grabs on May 2nd.
Sarah Hill
Some long-standing members will be stepping down from the Council, including Lib Dem Sarah Hill, who’s represented the Great Bowden and Arden ward for the past 16 years.
The Council is currently Conservative controlled, with the Lib Dems in opposition.
