Leicestershire County Show returns to Market Harborough this Bank Holiday

The Leicestershire County Show is returning to Market Harborough Showground this Bank Holiday weekend.
The two-day event takes place on Sunday and Monday, celebrating countryside life with livestock competitions, classic vehicle displays, homemade goods and demonstrations of traditional countryside skills.
The Sheep Show is also returning for 2026. The show, which dates back to 1883, highlights the role of sheep in British farming.

Other attractions across the two days include a sheepdog demonstration by Nell Hepworth-Smith, a stunt-riding display and a Prehistoric Workshop featuring Stone Age replicas and live demonstrations.
There will also be a range of dog competitions and activities, including fun and friendly classes, a Dog Scurry and an Agility Experience.
A flypast from the Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is also expected during the weekend, weather permitting.
The showground opens to visitors at 9.30am on both days, with the main events getting underway from around 10am.
Tickets cost £10 for people aged 16 and over and can be bought in advance or on the day. Children aged 15 and under can attend for free without a ticket.
Parking on the showground is also free.
