Land Adjacent To New Aldi Site Up For Sale

Land adjacent to where a new Aldi store will be built in Market Harborough has been put up for sale.
The 1.1 acre site at the junction of Rockingham Road and Gores Lane is being marketed for employment use.
Aldi is expected to begin work on its new £5m store later this year, after final land surveys were carried out in June.
When it opens it will replace the retailer’s existing premises on Springfield Street.
The development on the former Glenmere Timber site will also include some small business units.
