Joules Introduces ‘Fully Flexible’ Approach To Where Staff Work

One of Market Harborough’s biggest employers has adopted a fully flexible approach when it comes to where staff work.
Joules is allowing its 500 employees to choose whether to work from home or go into the office, in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The clothing retail giant says it expects to only have around half working at its new Rockingham Road HQ at any one time going forward.
