Investigation After 27 Children Injured In School Bus Crash

An investigation is underway after 27 children and a driver were hurt when two school buses collided between Rothwell and Desborough yesterday afternoon.
12 were taken to hospital after one of the double-deckers hit the back of another on the B576 just before 3.15pm.
Police say none of the injuries were serious.
Other children who were on board the buses suffered cuts and bruises.
All were students at the Montsaye Acedemy in Rothwell, who were being taken home to Desborough.
Police are appealing for witnesses and to any driver who may have dashcam footage of the collision.
