People are being thanked for supporting two big fundraising events over the weekend.
Hundreds visited the Market Harborough Summer Fayre in Welland Park yesterday, which was held to support Hfm’s on-going fundraising drive and this year’s Christmas Fayre.

There was fun for the whole family and HFM’s Chris Jones presented his ‘Sunday Bit In The Middle’ show live from the event.
Organiser Juliette Maher spoke to HFM during the afternoon and wanted to thank all who supported it:

There was also a great turn-out at the Great Glen Wheelbarrow Race on Saturday, which raised money for Leicestershire’s LOROS Hospice.
It was the 12th year the event took place at the Recreation Ground and during that time £35,000 has been raised for the charity.
Loros Chief executive Rob Parkinson spoke to HFM during the day:
It was a close finish in the adults race!
More pictures from both events to come soon….
