Homes Plan For Hotel Grounds

The owner of Market Harborough’s Three Swans Hotel wants to build three houses in part of the grounds.
Coaching Inn Group is seeking planning permission to build them on land currently used for storage and overflow car parking at the back of the High Street.

The scheme is for two two-bedroomed houses and one with three-bedrooms.
The go-ahead for six new homes to be built in the car park at the back of near-by Mistry’s was given earlier this year.
