A Market Harborough start-up company is turning insects into food for the future.
Oko Protein has developed a taste-neutral protein powder made from crickets, designed to blend into everyday products like snacks and pasta.

The company, run by Oxford graduate Dan Balderson, began in a garden shed and has already secured financial support from government.
