Leisure Centres In Market Harborough & Lutterworth Re-Open

Leisure Centres in Market Harborough and Lutterworth have re-opened today after being shut for four months because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Gyms and group fitness sessions are available and swimming pools will re-open on August 20th, with swimming lessons re-starting two days later.

Matt Hopkin, contract manager for operator Everyone Active, said: “We’d like to reassure all customers that we have implemented strict measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our centres.

“This information can be found on the Everyone Active website and we would ask everyone to familiarise themselves with this detail prior to attending the centre.

Harborough Leisure Centre

The re-opening of Harborough Leisure Centre and Lutterworth Sports Centre comes after Harborough Council agreed to provide cash support to Everyone Active, whose finances have been badly impacted by the Coronavirus shutdown.
