Harborough Firefighters Rescue Kitten Trapped In Car Axle

Firefighters have rescued a kitten that got struck in the axle of a car in Market Harborough.
The alarm was raised when the vehicle was parked in Sainsbury’s car park on Springfield Street.

Firefighters from the town’s fire station attended the scene and with some persuasion with cat food were able to free the animal.
The kitten escaped unscathed from the ordeal, but was taken to vets for a check-up.
The rescue took place on July 9th, although details have just been released.
