Harborough Farmer Handed Lifetime Achievement Award

A Market Harborough farmer has been handed a top accolade for his innovation, kindness and willingness to help others.
Kevin Stokes from Farndon Fields Farm has won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the national Farm Retail Association awards.

The award also recognises the hard work in building up his business over the years, including the popular farm shop.
Kevin has had a passion for growing stuff since he was a teenager and began with a few fruits and vegetables on a small plot – selling them from door to door on his bike.
Farndon Fields continues to go from strength to strength and now employs over 80 people.
