Harborough bin collections to start earlier

Harborough District Council says refuse crews will begin collections earlier in the day to avoid the highest temperatures.

Residents are being asked to put bins out the night before their usual collection day, or by 6am on the day itself.

The temporary change is being made while the hot weather continues.
