Green Space Upgrade

A green area of Kibworth Beauchamp is to be transformed thanks to cash developers have had to pay for trespassing on the land.

New fencing will be erected and shrubs and trees planted in the play area on Melbourne Close at a cost of £2,500.

The Parish Council is funding it through a ‘penalty payment’ from Miller Homes, who entered the land without permission when laying a new sewer.
