Flag-Raising Ceremony In Market Harborough For Armed Forces Week

The start of Armed Forces Week has been marked in Market Harborough today.
A ceremony took place in Church Square, as the Armed Forces Day flag was raised on top of the Symington Building.

Armed Forces Week celebrates the work of the forces past and present, leading up to Armed Forces Day on Saturday.
Representatives from the town’s services organisations joined dignitaries for the ceremony this morning, with veterans and members of the public also in attendance.
