Firefighters Rescue Child Locked in Car in Kibworth

Firefighters came to the rescue after a woman accidentally locked herself out of her car with her child still inside in Kibworth yesterday.

The alarm was raised just after midday, and a crew from Kibworth Fire Station was dispatched to Fleckney Road.

A spokesperson for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Our crew assisted in her gaining access via her key fob, and she and the child were safely reunited.”
