Fire Rips Through Farm Building In Harborough Village

A farm building in a Harborough village has been left badly damaged after a fire broke out late last night.
Four fire crews were needed to tackle the blaze on Welford Road in Arnesby, after a 999 call was made just before 11pm.
They building was ‘well alight’ when the first firefighters arrived at the scene and it took nearly an hour to bring the flames under control.
Cows from an adjacent building were moved into an empty field while the incident was dealt with.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service say the building was used for storage and an investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing.
Fire crews from Kibworth, Wigston and Leicester were sent to the scene.
