Event In Market Harborough For Menopause Awareness Month

A special event is taking place in Market Harborough during Menopause Awareness month.
It is aimed at helping to stop women suffering in silence after a recent study found 44% experience three or more severe symptoms during the menopause, such as trouble sleeping, brain fog and anxiety or depression.
The therapeutic workshop ‘[Meno]pause for Thought’ is being held at the Congregational Church on Wednesday evening and is being organised by Makepeace House, a psychotherapy and life coaching practice in Market Harborough.
Psychotherapist Thomasin Pritchard and Life Coach Lydia Wilde from Makepeace House spoke to HFM’s Nick Shaw about why they wanted to hold the event:
