Election Candidates To Go Head-To-Head

Harborough’s General Election candidates are going head-to-head tonight.

A ‘hustings event’ is taking place at the Methodist Church from 7.30pm, with people invited to go along and ask questions of the five candidates standing in the Harborough constituency.

Churches Together in Harborough have organised it and the event will be chaired by Rev Bryony Wood, Team Vicar at St Peter and St Paul Church in Great Bowden.

The candidates standing are Conservative Neil O’Brien, Labour’s Celia Hibbert, Zuffar Haq, for the Liberal Democrats, the Green Party’s Darren Woodiwiss and Independent Robin Lambert.
