Elderly Residents Have Electricity Restored

Elderly residents living at a mobile home park in Market Harborough have had their electricity restored after being without it for over 40 hours.
The outage affected five mobile homes at Gracelands Park off Farndon Road.

An underground cable fault caused the problem and electricians were able to restore supplies late yesterday afternoon.
Thorpe Management, who manage the park, has apologised for the inconvenience caused and says it will be making contact with the residents affected.
Western Power Distribution told Hfm they have attended the area twice in the past two days to replace fuses that have blown as a result of the cable fault, which is the responsibility of the owners of the park.
