Desborough Woman Jailed For Not Paying Council Tax

A Desborough woman has been jailed for failing to pay Council Tax.
Victoria Ndoro built up a debt over ten years of more than £8,000
She had been ordered to make monthly payments to Kettering Council to clear the arrears, but failed to so and twice didn’t show up at Court to explain why not.
Ndoro, 47, of Nightingale Drive, has been jailed for three months by Magistrates, after being found guilty of culpable neglect.
