Desborough Woman Becomes Ambassador For Kidney Research UK

A Desborough woman given the gift of life from her Dad – when her donated one of his kidneys to her – wants to raise awareness of kidney disease.
Kathryn Croker, 35, has been speaking to Hfm on World Kidney Day, after becoming a Community Ambassador for the Kidney Research UK.
She has backed the charity since she was diagnosed with a rare condition aged 12, that caused her kidneys to fail.
Kathryn had the a life-changing kidney transplant seven years ago, receiving a kidney from her Dad Kevin.
