Chocolate Thieves Raid Lorry In Desborough

Thieves have stolen a large amount of chocolates after raiding a lorry parked up in Desborough.
Pallets containing boxes of the confectionery were taken after the trailer of the vehicle was forced open.
Thieves targeted the lorry in Desborouigh
It happened between 11.30pm on Tuesday and 11.50pm on Wednesday while the lorry was parked on Eagle Avenue, just off the B576 Harborough Road near the BP petrol station.
Police want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious people or vehicles in the area around the time.
