Celebrations As Harborough Town FC Secure Promotion

Harborough Town have secured promotion to Step 4 of the football pyramid for the first time in the club’s history.

Saturday’s 2-0 over second-placed Hinckley Leicester Road saw the Bees extend their lead at the top of the UCL Premier South division to six points, meaning even if they finish the season in second place, they are guaranteed to go up.

A bumper crowd of 721 were at the game on Saturday to celebrate the promotion.

It is till to be confirmed which league Harborough will play in next season, although it’s likely to be the Northern Premier League Midlands division.
