Written by HFM News on 6th February 2023
A car was deliberately set on fire outside a house in the north of the Harborough district early this morning.
Firefighters were called to Sheperds Reach in Scraptoft just before 2.30am and were able to stop the blaze spreading to the property.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service say the car, which was parked in a driveway outside a house, was ‘well alight’ when the firefighters arrived and left badly damaged.
Police are investigating and are appealing for anyone with information to call them on 101, quoting incident 48 of 6/2/23.
