Bumper Crowds As Classic Car Show Is Roaring Success!

Bumper crowds turned out to enjoy Market Harborough’s Classic Car Show yesterday.
300 cars, motorbikes and other vehicles were on display across the town centre, as the event returned in glorious sunshine for the first time in three years.
It is estimated around 20,000 people went along to the event during the course of the day.

There was live music on the HFM stage, plenty of food and drink and ice cream sellers were extra busy.
Steve Crook from Harborough Live Events, who organised the event with Harborough District Council, told HFM it was a fantastic day:
Road in the town centre were closed to traffic for the duration of the event and these people told HFM what they thought of it.
Prizes were presented for the owners of vehicles deemed the best by judges by Cllr Neil Bannister, Chairman of Harborough District Council, who also spoke to HFM:
