An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman accused of stealing items worth nearly £600 from Waitrose in Market Harborough.
Maria Ghimpu, 49, of Raymond Close, Walsall, failed to attend Leicester Magistrates Court yesterday, to face a charge of theft.
She was arrested by Police last month, after being stopped by security staff outside the supermarket on Springfield Street.
It is alleged she walked out without paying for a trolley load of items, valued at £594.20.
