Arrest After Man Seriously Assaulted In Market Harborough

A man has been arrested after another man was seriously injured during a fight in Market Harborough town centre.
The 22-year-old is being held on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm following the incident on the High Street at around 2.50am yesterday.
The victim, aged 36, remains in a serious condition in hospital.
Police are continuing to appeal for information and witnesses.
