Appeal After Woman Sexually Assaulted In Rothwell

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted by a man in Rothwell during the early hours of yesterday.

The attack happened in the town centre area sometime between midnight and 1am.

An area at the entrance to Manor Park remains cordoned off by Police 

Officers are still working to establish exactly where the incident took place, although an area at the entrance to Manor Park off Squires Hill remains cordoned off.
