Appeal After People Flee Scene Of Serious Crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after the occupants of a car involved in a serious crash on the A14 fled the scene.
It happened between the Kelmarsh and Rothwell junctions on the eastbound carriageway at about 8.45pm on Friday.
A white BMW was involved in collision with a Peugeot 206 – the driver of which remains in a serious condition in hospital.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw people from the BMW leave the area on foot or may have dashcam footage.
