Appeal After Driver Fled Scene Of Crash Between Harborough Villages

Police are appealing for witnesses a driver fled the scene of a crash between Harborough villages which left a man injured.
Two cars collided just after 8.30pm yesterday on the Peatling Parva Road between Peatling Parva and Peatling Magna, near Straw Hall, with one then hitting a telegraph pole.
The driver of that car was treated at the scene, before being taken to hospital with injuries officers say are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
The driver of the other car left the scene before emergency services arrived.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident 626 of 11 Oct.
The road was closed while the incident was dealt with.
