Decision On Urgent Care Centre Opening Hours Reduction Delayed

A decision on whether opening hours will be cut at the Urgent Care Centre in Market Harborough has been delayed.
It was due to happen this week , although comments made during a period of public consultation are still being collated.
A decision will now be taken at a meeting next month.
The facility at the St Luke’s Treatment Centre could open an hour and a half last on weekdays – at 6.30pm – and shutting it two hours earlier at weekends – at 5pm.
Local NHS bosses say it isn’t well used during those time periods.
