The new bakery store is expected to create around 16 jobs and will be Greggs’ second shop in the town.
It is intended to provide employees at the business park with a more accessible lunchtime option, with limited facilities currently available without travelling elsewhere by car.
Greggs says the store is expected to open next year, although a specific date has yet to be confirmed.
