Harborough hospitality grants launched

Harborough District Council has launched a new Hospitality Grant Fund.

Independent hospitality businesses can apply for capital grants between £5,000 and £25,000.

The money can be used for projects such as expanding outdoor dining, upgrading kitchens, refurbishing guest accommodation or installing energy-efficient technology.

Successful applicants can receive up to 75 per cent of eligible project costs, with businesses expected to provide at least 25 per cent match funding.

Applications open on 24 August and close on 30 November, unless the funding is fully allocated earlier.
