Power Cut Hits Hundreds of Homes in Market Harborough Area

More than 800 homes were left without power in Market Harborough and Little Bowden yesterday afternoon after an underground cable fault.
The electricity went off just before 3pm, with supplies fully restored by around 3.40pm.
National Grid Electricity Distribution has apologised and says engineers worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
