A prominent retail site in Market Harborough town centre has been put on the market with a £2.6 million asking price.

The parade on The Square comprises six shop units and is occupied by a mix of national retailers, including Boots Opticians, Ladbrokes and Age UK, alongside a health food store and a boutique chocolate shop.

Marketing material states the property generates around £200,000 a year in rental income and highlights its prominent town centre location.
