Chloe Pearson, 18, from Castleford in West Yorkshire, was seriously injured in the crash and died two days later in hospital.
She had been travelling in a white Citroen C3 when it was involved in a collision with a black Mercedes CLK, leaving all seven people in the vehicles with serious injuries.
Reape, of Townley Road in Wakefield, is also accused of causing serious injury by dangerous driving to three other people — including Chloe’s twin sister, Abigale Pearson, and Robert and Lorraine Teasdale — as well as driving while disqualified.
He is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today.
