Police seized an Amazon delivery van after it was abandoned on a housing estate in Desborough on Saturday.
The vehicle, which appeared to be empty, was left on a pathway off Matlock Way after getting stuck in mud.

Officers said the van had not been reported stolen and arranged for it to be removed as it was causing an obstruction.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said: “A member of the public called us at 11.40am on Saturday, February 7, to report that the van appeared to have been left in the location overnight.
“An officer tried to contact the owner, which was a hire company, but was unable to do so. As it was causing an obstruction, it was seized and removed from the location.”
The recovery operation left grass in the area badly churned up.
Amazon has been approached for comment.
