Man Released After A4304 Crash Arrest

A man arrested after a crash between Market Harborough and Lubenham has been released under investigation. 

The 51-year-old was held on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, after two people were hurt in the two-vehicle collision on the A4304 early yesterday.

Emergency services were called to Lubenham Hill just after 5.20am and firefighters freed one casualty who was trapped.

Leicestershire Police say enquiries into the collision are on-going.
