Apology After Council Tax Payments Delayed

Harborough District Council has apologised after a technical issue delayed Council Tax payments.

Direct debits normally taken from residents’ accounts on the 25th of the month will now be processed tomorrow.

A spokeperson for HDC said: “Council Tax payments for Harborough District Council residents that are usually collected on the 25th of the month will be collected on Wednesday 29 October due to an issue with the direct debit collection run this month.

“Apologies for any inconvenience caused to any of our residents.”
