Car Key Burglars Caught On Camera

An investigation is underway after a car-key burglary in Market Harborough.

Three men were involved in the theft of the BMW X3M from Burghley Close, just before 7pm yesterday.

CCTV footage supplied to HFM shows the men arriving at the house and knocking on the door, before going round the back to break-in and steal the keys.

Two of the men men are then seen to get into the car before driving it away, while another runs from the scene.

The car was later located by Police abandoned in a field in Solihull in the West Midlands and was recovered for a forensic investigation.

It is believed the men arrived in a black-coloured car.

Leicestershire Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them, as enquiries into the burglary and theft continue.
