Over 80 apartments being created by the redevelopment of a long-standing derelict site in Market Harborough have gone on sale.
Off-plan prices start from £188,000 as work continues to build blocks of one and two-bedroom flats, at the corner of St Mary’s Road and Kettering Road – adjacent to the River Welland.

Agents marketing the site say many of the apartments will benefit from riverfront balconies and residents will have access to a landscaped rooftop terrace.

The multi-million pound scheme on the former Harborough Rubber Company site will be known as ‘Millstone Court’ after the historic former flour mill on the site.
The grade 2-listed building will also be converted into apartments as part of the development.

Rayna Hunter, CEO of off-plan property consultancy, LH1 Global said: “Millstone Court is an incredible development that will transform a treasured local landmark into much needed high-quality homes.
“Delivered by the forward-thinking local developer Mitchian Group, Millstone Court will be a highly sought after riverside development set in a well-connected location, so we expect the apartments to appeal to a wide range of purchasers.”
