Burglary Suspect Appears In Court

A man accused of breaking into homes across Harborough and elsewhere has been remanded in custody.
Daniel Casey appeared before Leicester Magistrates’ Court after being arrested in Lincolnshire on Saturday.
The 33-year-old is charged with three counts of conspiracy to burgle between 3 October 2024 and 1 February this year, one count of aggravated burglary, relating to an incident on 23 September 2024, one count of breach of a Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO) and failing to abide by the terms of his licence follow release from prison.
Casey, of Golf Course Lane, Leicester, will next appear before Leicester Crown Court next month.
